The dissertation represents the results of complex treatment of patients having urolithiasis complicated by calculous pyelonephritis and the аntiseptic preparation PALISAN was used for perfusin of renal cavitary system in the poostoperative period. The perfusive methods for pelviocalyceal system with preparation PALISAN.Radionuclide renography demonstrated that the perfusion did not act on the secretory-e[cretory function of kidneys.The microbe spectrum of pathogens for calculous pyelonephritis was determined, at present. The perfution of renal cavitary system withf аntiseptic preparation PALISAN is proved tj be expedient when it is used in complex treatment calculous pyelonephritis and early metaphylaхis of urolithiasis.
