The dissertation is dedicated to investigation of specific features of phonetic and grammatical expression, genesis, semantic and areal pecularities of the lexico-semantic group of the names of clothing in the Ukrainian Karpathian dialects in contrastive ethnolinguistic aspect. The dissertation is the first attempt in Ukrainian linguistics to define the composition and semantic structure of the lexicon designating the names of the Articles of Clothing in the Ukrainian Karpathian dialects.
