The thesis presented is devoted to the pathogenetic substantiation of application of propranolol electrophoresis and low-freguency pulse currents (electrosleep) on patients with idiopathic prolapse of the mitral valve at rehabilitative treatment stage. The basis formation and development actions of the idiopathic mitral valve prolapse have been discovered for the first time. Modern research methods have been used. New data about propranolol electrophoresis and electrosleep influence on the functional state of nervous, cardiovascular and immune system, biochemical homeostasis has been obtained. The efficacy of complex rehabilitative treatment has been shown. Based on the data obtained, as well as immediate and remote results analysis indications have been worked out for the application of propranolol electrophoresis and electrosleep on patients with idiopathic prolapse of the mitral valve. The main results of the work presented are used in treatment - and - prophylactic establishments, and sanatori a, and health resorts.
