Thesis is regarding to the increasing effect of the immunocorrective therapy with BCG in superficial transitional cell bladder cancer combined with transurethral resection of tumor. Interoperative inoculation BCG in mucous membrane has been found the duration of BCG treatment for the patients in post-operative period after the removal of papillary urothelial carcinomas T1-2aM0N0G1-3 stage and optimal time duration for the post operative lymphotropic inoculation of BCG. Analysis of effective methods for the treatment of bladder superficial transitional cell carcinoma with BCG has been performed. Proved, that use of calculated method of antirecurrence treatment does not cause any complications and decreases expenses of treatment.
