The dissertation is devoted to the peculiarties of treating of chronical lupus erytematosus patients including functional-morfological infringements of high part of digestive system.For the first time has complexly compared the learning of 123 chronical lupus erytematosus patients including clinical peculiarities, immunal status, functional state of alimentary canal organs, that has given the possibility to join them into two clinical-therapeutic groups.In dependence of clinical-laboratoral infringements level, it is recommended additionally complex trerapy of immuno-modulators, vasculars, antinflammatory preparations, antagonists H2-gistaminal receptors, citoprotectors, and also antinflammatory and antibacterial means.
