Chapichadze Y. The contract of factoring

The dissertation is devoted to complex investigation of the factoring law relations. First at all, it was necessary to do these investigation on account of alteration in the bank sphere, of development market relations in Ukraine, of necessity putting in acting law base according to world practice of development contract relations in this sphere. In this dissertation the reasons of arising and development of factoring bargain abroad and other states of CIS are investigated. Also the legal nature of factoring contract and its correlation with other civil-law contracts is analysed. In the dissertation are examined varietes of factoring contract, paculiarities of concluding, supporting and execution of factoring contracts. On the base of analisis of factoring law relations were offered some changes to the legislation of Ukraine.
