Burlakov R. The problem of Civil Law when providing the audit activities in Ukrain

This Ph.D. thesis is dedicated to a combined research of the prob-lems of Civil Law taking place, when providing audit activities. This Ph.D. thesis is regards the Audit as the privately-legal aspect of the financial control of subjects of business, and its features are also the subjects of determination and classification. The substantial part of it is dedicated to the civil agreements whose subject is providing audit and audit services. Here also their part in the system of the agreements is determined; and the order of conclusion, inserting changes, and cancellation of above mentioned agreements is considered. The execution of mutual rights and obligations of the parties is analyzed herein, as we'll as the problems of mutual civil responsibility of the parties.
