In disserta-tion creative work of Lesya Ukrainka is investigated through the discourse analysis of the philosophic and national quest of the writer, art and aesthetic components of national identity, that became the moving force of the Ukrainian philosophic thought and formation of the national mentality. The basis of philosophic outlook of L. Ukrainka creative work , aesthetic and art contents of national ideas formulated the poet in fiction, literary and criti-cal heritage allowed to separate personal authorised concept of creative work based on the neo-romantic mentality and define it place in the philosophic, cultural context at the beginning of the XX century.
