Мета дос-лідження - the criminology characteristics of rapeing, the person of under age sexual violenter, causes and conditions, wich promoted them, the elaboration of methodical recomendations to priventive pofilactic work with teenagers, wich are inclined to commiting a sexual crime. Методи дослідження і апaратура - a) panscintific (system, functional, logic-legal, comparably-legal); b) part-scientific (psyhological, logical, extrapolation, simulation); c) concrete-sociological (interviewing, learning of criminal cases); d) statistical (observation, report, classification, analysis and generalization of metrics, correlation, functional).
