The dissertation is devoted to the complex investigation of the legal essence of the contract of supplying by electrical energy for consumers in marcet conditions and problems of legal regulation arise during it conclusion and fulfilment. The systematic analysis of this independent contract in field of alienate of property has been done in the work.
