Institute of Jurisdiction as a Foundation of Civil Procedural Law Structure. Complex-scientific analysis of jurisdiction in civil legal proceedings, formation of theoretical statements and practical conclusions, directed on development of the theory of civil procedural law and improvement of legislation and court practice. The author uses historical-legal, comparative-legal, systematic-structural, formal-logical, and other general scientifical and special methods of research. The author forms conceptual approaches to the structure of new CPC of Ukraine, statements about institute of jurisdiction as fundamental institute of civil legal proceedings, states its principles. The field of application is law-creational, scientifical-research activity and learning process.
