Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problem of dilated cardiomyopathy (DCMP) modelling and pharmacological correction of its main pathologycal syndroms in the experiment and clinics. The new model of DCMP induced by carminomycin, its identity to the well-known experimental models and morphological changes in the myocardium is shown. It is demonstrated that amiodarone both in the experiment and clinics improves myocardial metabolism, its bioelectrical activity, morphological substrate. These changes are accompanied by red blood cells' adenyl nucleotide system optimisation. Positive effects of amiodarone are increased in combination with mildronat. The results of the work are used in the elaboration of new methods of DCMP treatment in experimental and clinical conditions.
