This dissertation is devoted to study of the adaptation of elderly people exposed to an irradiation due to Chernobyl NPS accident and forced resettlement. The combined action of radiation and socio-hygienic factors on adaptation of the elderly was investi-gated by means of a systemic analysis. There have been developed the appropriate rehabilitation measures.
