Essay

The dissertation contains complex research of legal nihilism as peculiar historically relative phenomenon directly influencing process of formation of civil society and state based on the rule of law. The process of origin and development of nihilistic world outlook is exposed and the basic tendencies of the given process and factors, promoting its deepening are covered. The author offered on the basis of the legal nihilism essence analysis his own understanding of this negative phenomenon, the classification of the kinds and levels of legal nihilism are developed. The modern state of the sense of justice in the post-soviet society is analyzed considering its deformation in the past and the specificity of the transitional period. The necessity of engineering of the complex mechanism of overcoming of legal nihilism is grounded, the concrete activities, directed to increasing of the authority of justice and law.
