Scientific practical work is presented which contains materials of integrated examination of patients with purulent destructive processes of chest organs. Comparative charac-teristics of different patient groups are presented: traditional therapy, addition of dymethylsul-foxid to therapy and groups of patients treated with surfactant analogy-suzacrin. Endogenic intoxication syndrome in purulent destructive lung diseases is investigated.
