The object of research: the dispensary-policlinic establishments and stationary hospitals. The purpose of research: development of receptions of formation and reconstruction of objects of public health services in conditions of the large city. Methods of research: analysis of statistical, normative materials, scientific literature, generalization and critical estimation of experience of designing, construction and operation of existing types of medical-prophylactic establishments, mathematical modeling, optimization accounts, experimental designing. The scientific novelty consists in the offers on optimum accommodation of objects of public health services both definition of principles and receptions of designing new and reconstruction existing dispensary-policlinic of establishments and stationary hospitals in modern social conditions of the large city. The practical application of results of research is possible by development of the normal-methodical documents, their introduction in design practice and educational process.
