Pal'chenko O. Closed system of reverse water-supply of machine-building works

Object: Water-supply systems of machine-building enterprises. Aim: Creation of water-supply closed systems. Methods and equipment: It is conducted experimental and theoretical research on laboratory plants and in industrial conditions using modern measurement devices and computing machinery. Theoretical and practical results: There are developed new engineering decisions and principal technological schemes of purification and usage of main categories of sewerage at machine-building factories. It is worked out the construction of compact finery layer sump-thickener for sewerage purification of electroplating and pickling departments. Newness: There are investigated and obtained new technological results, on the basis of which it is developed the construction of compact finely layer sump-thickener for sewerage purification of electroplating and pickling departments, which is set as the basis of creating closed water-supply systems at machine-building enterprises, which exclude sewerage discharge into wat er basins. Level of implementation: These engineering decisions have been used in branch standards of technological projecting of water economy at metallurgical enterprises of Ukrain (volume 12 and volume 14).
