Nucleic acids (NA) with different АТ/GC-composition. To estimate the contributions of different types interactions to enthalpy of NA stabilization. By the methods of IR-spectroscopy and piezogravimetry structural transitions intervals of NA are determined and their thermodynamic description is carried out. It is found that the basic stabilization factor is hydration environment.The influence of low temperatures on DNA structural state and its hydration environment is investigated. Usage area: molecular biophysics, cryobiology.
