The thesis contains the data characterizing the coagulation system state and platelet functional activity in Stable Angina, Unstable Angina, Essential Hypertension and Essential Hypertension combined with ischemic Heart Disease. The features of the platelets influence on the total hemostatic potential and on the formation of each phase of the hemostasis in venous and arterial beds has been revealed. The results of the comparative analysis of the blood coagulation system state and platelet functional in Stable Angina and Unstable Angina as well as in Essential Hypertension and Essential Hypertension combined with Ischemic Heart Disease are given.
