The parameters are justified and the design of the shuttering ensuring reliable and secure exploitation of development workings in composite geological conditions is designed. The function - cost analysis, computational methods of the solving of shuttering as girders on the elastic basis and as guy of a design, laboratory and mine researches of interplay of shuttering with a rock mass. The gear of formation of a support pressure load of developments is advanced, which one follow-up allows for the sizes of a site (segment) of an active load on the cradle fix depending on deformation properties of a massif and backfilling aftersupport of space. The feature of transfer of load through a layer of a backfilling on a shuttering consisting in its nonuniform distribution in process of increase of a trough of a shuttering is determined. The areas of an effective utilization of shutterings of different types are determined. A support pattern of development workings with combined shuttering are designed and are i nserted on the mine "Poltava" of the association "Оrdgonikidzecoal". On coal mines, in design organizations, in educational process in high schools of a mining profile.
