Essay

Thesis for Candidate of Science degree by specialty 05.15.02 – Underground mining of useful mineral deposits. – Dnipro University of Technology of the Ministry of education and science of Ukraine, Dnipro, 2021. The thesis is devoted to an urgent scientific problem, which consists in estab-lishing the regularities of changes in ore extraction indices from the release rate, the ultimate strength of the ore for uniaxial compression, the height of the collapsed ore layer and the number of exit workings, their diameter and distance between them us-ing numerical and physical modeling. Regularities have been established that made it possible to substantiate the ra-tional parameters of structural elements of the technological scheme of ore production and delivery. On the basis of which a linear-alternating ore drawing and a combined scraper-self-propelled delivery method have been developed. The developed technological solutions formed the basis for the design of vari-ants of systems for the development of sub-level caving, which will ensure a decrease in the level of losses and dilution of ore in the process of underground mining of high-grade iron ores in complex geomechanical conditions of deep horizons.
