Phenazine derivatives, DNA, decathymidylate modified by phenazine glycoside, oligo- and polynucleotides. The work is aimed to stady interaction of phenazines with DNA. By polarized fluorescence method it was shown that the interaction of phenazines with DNA is occurred by intercalation. By the thermal denaturation method using absorbance and fluorescence technique it was shown that the covalent attachment of phenazine glycoside to decathymidylate stabilizas its duplex and triplex formations. The fields of application are molecular biophysics and pharmacology.
