Chernyayev M. Quantitative analysis of electroencephalography in critically ill patients

In the dissertation the researches of bioelectrical activity of a brain by a method topographical mapping of electroencephalography (TMEEG) at the patients who have transferred a critical condition are reflected. The expediency of use TMEEG for an estimation of a functional condition CNS is proved at a critical condition. The interrelation between спетром of capacity, межполушарной когерентностью and degree of infringement of consciousness is investigated. The estimation of jet changes EEG is carried out(spent) at use of medicinal means. The criteria of an estimation of a functional condition CNS at the patients who have transferred a critical condition are developed. The way of an estimation of efficiency of use of a medicinal means and прогностический criterion of adverse course of a critical condition is offered.
