Pshonka V. Economy-legal Ways of Prevention Shadow of an Economy

The subject of research set of economy-legal ways of prevention shadow of a national economy has become. The object purpose of research: the substantiation of necessity of increase of efficiency of use of economy-legal ways of prevention shadow of a economy on the basis of study and complex analysis of the domestic and foreign legislation, practice of its application, development on the basis of received results of practical recommendations on improvement of norms of the economic legislation of Ukraine. Methods of research and equipment: modern methods of knowledge, categories, laws and principles of formal logic. At execution of research methods were used: analysis and comparative, selective research, formal-logic , system-structural, in comparison - legal, statistical, historical. Theoretical and practical results: on the basis of the complex analysis of economy -legal ways of prevention shadow of a national economy, of their comparison to the theory and acting economic legislation of advanced countr ies, are developed practical recommendations on perfection of the national legislation. The results of research were widely illuminated in a periodic seal and were used procurator of the Donetsk area at development of departmental normative materials and practical measures, directed on increase of efficiency procurator supervision for execution of legislation with the purpose of prevention shadow economy. The results dissertation can be also used in scientific-research work and in educational process at the rate the economic right. Novelty: realization of research conducted for the first time by complex of economy -legal ways of prevention shadow of a economy of Ukraine on all stages of organization and realization of economic activity; set of economy-legal ways of prevention shadow of a economy, on the basis of revealing of models shadow on all stages of organization and realization of economic activity is determined; main conditions and economy-legal ways of legalization of a shadow economy are justified; r ecommendations about directions of perfection of the economic legislation of Ukraine and increase of efficiency of its application in process deshadow of a national economy are justified; processes shadow and criminal of a economy are differentiated; is specified conception apparatus in the considered area of economy -legal knowledge, in particular, concept "a shadow economy", "shadow economic activity", "factors shadow", "economy-legal ways deshadow". Area of application: law-making bodies in Ukraine, the ministries and departments, higher educational institutions.
