The dissertation is devoted to study of possibility of using thezigraphic technique for differential diagnosis and prediction of psoriasis course. After microscopic analysis of the psoriasis patients blood serum thesigrammes significant morphostructural features were disclosed. These peculiarities with account of clinical signs permit to diagnose psoriasis and its stages. Carried out investigations of zinc, copper, manganese, aluminium, iron, titanium, chromium, calcium, potassium contents in blood serum of patients with psoriasis revealed significant changes in mineral metabolism, wich played certain role in pathogenesis and influenced upon the peculiarities of its thezigraphic picture
