Present work is analyses of Ukrainian political elite's formation in the 10-th and 90-th years of XX century, that is in crucial for Ukraine historical periods. The elite comparative analysis of Ukrainian People's Republic, Western Ukrainian Peoples Republic, Getman Movement and modern independent Ukraine are investigated. The author concentrates her attention to the main general direction of this process, namely - the formation of new political elite in the period of Ukrainian State's creation. The main principles, tendencies, directions of this process are comparatived in thesis. The difficulties and specialty of modern stage of elite's political transformation are analyses.
