ZhEBRIL' Y. Particularities of climacteric syndrome's current of women in hypokinesia

There are determined particularities of course of climacteric period, defining the average age of early onset of menopause, frequency and risk factors facilitating the development of early climacteric disorders in women with hypokinetics as a lifestyle. During the process of diagnosis determination and risk group formation a special questionnaire was designed to define hypokinetics defining and was administrated method of clinico-instumental- laboratory investigation with untrasound diagnostic of internal genital organs on difing the index of ovarial area, ovario-uteral and folliculo- stromal indeces and doppler scanning of cerebral vessels and vessels of small pelvis organs. Based on studies of clinical manifestations of climacteric syndrome, particularities of endocrinological status, state of cerebral and peripheral regional hemodynamics and influence of zonal abdominal decompression (negative pressure) on blood circulation in true pelvis vessels of women in hypokinetics, elaborately differentiat ed and pathogenically motivated complexes in therapy of early climacteric disorders depending upon the phase of climacteric period, non-hormonal methods and hormonal replacement therapy were used seperatly and in combination in order to increase the effectiveness of climacteric syndrome treatment.
