The comparison of meaning hepatobilaric and endocrinic system in puthogenesis the Rozacea for climacteric age women is required. Climacteric age women who have the Rozacea have breaches of different parts of function or the axis pituitary-gonads. Thise is appears by the level of estradiol and progesteron (16,11 nmol/l and 0,62 nmol/l accordingly contra 57,58 nmol/l and 1,29 nmol/l in control group, р<0,05) and by rised level of FSH and LH (150,43 МE/l and 100,71 МE/l accordingly contra 45,67 МE/l and 49,32 МE/l, р<0,05).
