Essay

The dissertation is devoted to studying clinical-morphological peculiarities of psoriasis in the patients with mono- and/or polyorganic accompanying pathology. At 97.2 % of the patients the accompanying pathology is revealed mono- and/or polyorganic and for the first time with the help of multifactor analysis its influence on the psoriasis current is shown. The correlation dependence of a pathology of a liver (r = 0,56), pathologies of a pancreos (r = 0,41) both degree of demonstration and weight of currant (p<0,0001) is established. Significant structural and microhemocyrculatorical infringements in the derma of psoriasis patients, most expressed at the persons with the polyorganic accompanying pathology and at the complicated dermatosis forms are revealed. The differential approach to the treatment of psoriasis patients considering the mono- and/or polyorganic accompanying pathology using system polyenzime and quantum hemotherapy is developed and for the first time is introduced into practice. The m ethod of treatment provides complete and proof clinical effect at 76,7 % of the patients in comparison with the traditional treatment (57,7 % of the patients), raises the efficiency of therapy and increasis the remission duration in 2,5-3 times (since 5,6+-0,18 month. in the control group about 21,3+-0,44 month. in basic one).
