Koval'chuk O. Renewal Possibilities of Lost Cutaneaus Integument in Burned Patients

Dissertation is devoted to the problems of effective application of lyophilized xenodermografts. Xenodermografts using in treatment of superficial and deep burns improves the disease course, local blood flow and restorative processes in wounds, reduces granulating wound area, shortens the patient's stay in the in-patient departments. Method of prognostication, prophylaxis and treatment of dermatogenous complications in burn convalescents was worked out. Hydrogen sulfide springs applying in complex conservative therapy of burn convalescents improves the patient's general condition, contributes to getting thin of scars, increasing their movements, particular resorpting, rapid maturation of the scars after burn wounds healing.
