Essay

The thesis is a manuscript presenting the results of theoretical principles of the forming process of the modern economic mechanism in companies, and methodological approaches to economic mechanism forming in the light of its components; as well as practical recommendations on improving of the existing economic mechanism of food industry factories. The main results of this research work have been approved at State Food Industry factories, at the companies of Ukrainian National Milk producers Association ("Ukrmolprom"), and at the close foint-venture ("Ukrconditer"), in the course of educational activity of Economy and Management Faculty (Ukrainian State University of Food Technology).
