Fedynyak L. Foreigners' right for juridical recourse in Ukraine (acpects of civil-prosedure).

The thesis is devoted to the civil-prosedure aspects of foreigners' right for juridical recourse in Ukraine investigation. Analysis of the general preconditions for foreigners' right for juridical recourse as well as the special preconditions, which are necessary for conducting some categories of cases is carried out. The procedure of foreigners' right for juridical recourse realisation, namely their legal capacity to sue, the procedure of juridical recourse, state taxation, having duly authorizations in juridical recourse and conducting a case in foreigners' interests are investigated. The paper suggests scientific recommendations for civil prosedure of Ukraine.
