Krishtafor A. Influence of perftoran on current of postasistolic encephalopathy in early and remote periods.

The dissertation is devoted to questions of a substantiation and introduction in clinical practice new of a method of complex intensive therapy of the patients with postasistolic encephalopathy with application of perftoran and method of forecasting of an opportunity of a survival on the basis of study of a general condition, degree of an oppression of consciousness, biochemical markers of damage of neurons in early and psychonevrologic condition in remote the periods after clinical death. For the first time in conditions of clinic is shown, that the inclusion of perftoran in a complex of intensive therapy at the first 6 o'clock of postasistolic period promotes reduction of coma, reduces of neurological complications and improves quality of life in the remote period. The opportunity of forecasting of probability of a survival on reference values of a clinical index of heaviness of a condition and glucose of blood is proved, and also depending on depth of a consciousness condition.
