The dissertation is devoted to the question of the ground and introduction in practice NSAID as monotherapy with the purpose of pain relief in postoperative period after strumectomy, which have more potent analgetic properties and their application is more safety than traditional therapy with analgin. The complex comparative analysis was performed and the regularities of changes in somatic and mental status, dynamics of pain syndrome and biological amines in patients after strumectomy on the background of NSAID application of various groups were investigated. The advantage of application of movalis and solpadeine for pain relief in postoperative period after strumectomy was proved and ground. The basic and additional criteria of efficiency of pain relief with NSAID application were revealed.
