Pan'onko I. Administration Machinery of Zaporizhka Sich (the middle of the XVI th century - 1775)

The thesis is dwoted to complex research of the administration machinery of Zaporizhska Sich (the middle of the XVI th century - 1775). The essense, peculiarities, historical significance of the Zaporizhska Sich administration machinery are revealed in the thesis as well as the basis of its formation and functioning : the principles of appointment by election, collective nature, publicity, changeableness, reports of the administration machinery organs and participation of all Zaporizhian Kozaks in its formation ; the judicial organs system is determined and the peculiarities of its formation and functioning are explained. The conclusion is made that Zaporizhska Sich, not having all the features of the state, meanwhile was the state formation.
