Essay

Peculiarities of legal adjustment of consignment contract relations are described in dissertation. It"s for the first time on scientific level that ground legal and informative studies of contract"s legal origin are made, as well as it"s legal essence and it"s role in contract system. The essence of consignment contract is formulated by analysing basic elements of contract, rights and obligations of parties to the contract, party"s responcibility in the case of non-performance of contractual provisions. The studies on peculiarities of this contractual model are carried out.
