Essay

The problems of the development, theoretical generalization of the theory of state power sovereignty and its realization in state building of Ukraine are investigated in the thesis on the basis of scientific works, relics of the Ukrainian law and other legislative statements, as well as the regulations of the present Constitution оf Ukraine. The basic sovereignty idea development stages are defined. The historic conformities to natural laws are discribed which stipulated each of these stages. The sovereignty idea has been considered as historic, contemporary and perspective, with accent on its realization in Ukraine.
