Beloz'orov I. Surgical treatment of patients with recurrence of peptic ulcer complicated by bleeding after suture of the perforated ulcer of duodenum.

Principles of individualized surgical treatment of patients with recurrence of peptic ulcer complicated by bleeding, developed after suture of the perforated ulcer of duodenal ulcer were assumed as a basis of the dissertation work. Nowadays there is not a single tactics of treatment of such patients and the present methods of surgical intervention aren't substantiated pathogeneticaly and not always give positive results. There is a differentiated method of approach to the selection of methods of surgical intervention with regard for degree of difficulty of ischemia of pyloroduodenal zone and degree of stenosing of gastric outlet in this work. It was increased indications for performance of organopreserving operations, the effective methods of improvement of microcirculation in mucosa of pyloroduodenal zone were developed and applied in practice what allows to decrease the rate of complication to 29,6% in patients with early suturated bleeding pyloroduodenal ulcera.
