Essay

It is establihed, that main influence on normal brain circulation of the blood in pilots of fighting aircraft is a pilots overload. For the first time on the basis of the analysis of dynamics of parameters of a functional condition of the pilots from ortostatic instability under influence of a complex rehabilitation procedures definite rehabilitation reserve of the brain blood circulation has been determined. It is objective criterion for on the expert decision to permit pilot to continue his professional duty.
