KUTIKOV O. Age peculiarities of the emotional-pain stress and contents of macro- and microelements in rats under conditions of the general cooling

The thesis is devoted to a complex investigation of influence of a preliminary periodical moderate general coo-ling of male rats of 3 and 6 months on formations and con-sequences of the emotional-pain stress with detection of the functional state of the cerebral regulatory mechanisms (data of EEG, dynamics of bioelement contents in brain, serum, and organs, morphological changes in brain and suprarenal glands). The preliminary general cooling decreases manifes-tation of non-specific reactivity and mollifies the conse-quences of stressogenic factor action with high trustworthy level in animals of the 3 months age that may be due higher plasticity of the cerebral regulatory mechanisms of functions in the young age. The age peculiarities founded out are a ground for working out methodic approaches to prevention or decreasing of a negative influence of the emotional stress
