The theoretical background and practical models of the individualizing instruction are investigated and systematized. The thesis presents a profound analysis of the ways and methods applied by the American Universities and colledges to achive all-round individualization of the instruction process. The substantiation of the possible ways and necessary conditions for application of the USA experience in the Ukrainian establishments of higher learning is presented in this investigation.
