Mokhammad S. Pharmacognostic study of Different Organs of Rhamnus cathartica and Rhamnus dispermus

Pharmacognostic study of Different Organs Rhamnus cathartica L. (flora of Ukraine)) and Rhamnus dispermus Ehr. (flora of Jordan). Has been carried out for the fist time. The presense of different groups of biologically active compaunds: antrahquinon derivetives, flavonoides, tannines and oxy cinnamice acides, has been established. Quantitative determination of summarized antracene derivatives, their aglicones and glycosides, flavonoides, and tannines in different organs aboth genius has been carried out. The accumulation dynamics of summarized anthraquinones, aglicones and glycosides, their oxidated, and redueced forms in the bark of Rhamnus cathartica for the first time has been studied. The microelimental composition of bark and leaves of Rhamnus cathartica and Rhamnus dispermus for the first time has been determined. Temporary Pharmocopoeia Draft Article "Cortex Rhamnus cathartica" has been worked out.
