Essay

One substantiates that from social point of view legal entity is a civil law form of interaction of participant's private interests and public interests of society. Its legal nature is in the fact that legal entity is a subject of law that in civil surroundings acts independently of its founders but within the limits of their goals. One marks out two groups of legal entity's signs - social, which define social point of legal entity, and legal, which define it as subject of law.
