Object of research: process of the origin and functioning of political elite, its main system-administrative features, its place and role in the process of political administration of Ukrainian society/ Aim of reserch: to analyze the essence of the existing elitist conceptions in their historical-administrative measurement as a whole system-relativity theory on the basis of modern political science achievements, world and home po;itical experience and to apply it to the analysis of the process of the modern Ukrainian society political elitarization. Methods: structural-functional analysis, modelling, typology, historical-comparative, analogy, analysis and synthesis, chronology, induction and deduction. Results and novelty: the administrative essence of political elites is described and grounded; historical practical measurement of the transformation of administrative features of the post-communist society political elites is defined and systematized; a complex system analysis of the process of modern U krainian society political elitarization is carried out. Sphere of use; as a separate theoretical direction in modern political science; as a subject in higher educational establishments; during preparation of various materials by power structures, political parties, mass media; for training administrative personnel.
