Essay

The object of investigation is professional becoming the future teachers of the managers of preschool formation. The purposes of research is to elaborate and scientific justify the freshened approaches to the contents and know-how of opening-up of the students to pedagogical management in preschooling formation (at a level of control preschool education by entity). Method of testings is theoretical, trial-and-error, statistical. Theoretical results and the novelty for the first time in complex is investigated and the problem of necessity of opening-up of the students to pedagogical management in preschool formation is justified; the concept of pedagogical management at a level preschool educatinal establishments is rendered concrete; the structurally functional model of professional, work of its chief as manager of preschool formation with definition its of milestones, levels and ways of implementation is theoretically justified; in categorial the terminological vehicle of professional pedagogics the new concepts "pedagogical management in preschool formation" and "the manager of preschool formation" are entered, their definitions are sent; is freshened content and know-how, and also the conditions contributing to increase of efficiency of opening-up of the students to pedagogical management in preschool formation are clarified. Practical outcomes - is designed know-how of opening-up of the students to pedagogical management in preschool formation; the types of administrative tasks are classified; the contents lecture and seminar occupations at the rate is freshened: " Organization and management (manual) of preschool education " and inspector of methodical practice. Subject and degree of an intrusion the methodical guidelines are inserted. Efficiency of an intrusion is high. Sphere of usage is pedagogical, children preschool establishments, high educational formation.
