The theoretical and methodical fundamentalses of agroecological monitoring organization as component part of a uniform system of ecological monitoring in Ukraine are rendered concrete. The methods of the landscape-geochemical substantiation of agroecological monitoring network is offered. The network of agroecological monitoring poligons within the limits of Kiev region is reasonable; the territorial structure of agroecological poligons (on the example of Boguslav poligon) is certain.
