A thesis is devoted to questions of research of conditions and technique steaming beech saw-timbers. The physical and mathematical models are obtained, with which use define(determine) performance of a temperature field in a material. Is identified dependencies of change of temperature at the centers sort depending on the given of input magnitudes, and also duration of process of thermal handling of saw-timbers. It is offered a technique of account of the equipment for steaming . The conditions and technique steaming are developed with the purpose of thermal sterilization beech of saw-timbers and change of their color saturation
