Poloz V. Justification of indexes of reliability and structures of repair cycles of rigs for a reducing of wood

Objekt is the process of exploitation of equipment for production of chipboard. Purpose - is the substantiation of indexes of machine-tools reliability for chipping wood taking into account work of all technological complex, as a whole system, and development of structure of repair cycle of these machine-tools on this basis. Methods are analytical methods; methods of the imitative modeling of work on the refusal of equipment for chipping wood; statistical methods of conducting of exploitation researches in the conditions of operationg enterprise and working up of results of these researches. Novelty - criteria of optimization of periodicity of technical service and repair of equipment for production of chipboards are scientifically substantiated. Mathematical models are first built for determination of terms of service of details machine-tools details for chipping wood taking into account operationg factors which may be used for other machines. Offered imitative model of exploitation of equipment for chipping wood. Structure of repair cycle of cutting and chipping machines is theoretically substantiated for the first time. Practical value is the developed method of making up structure of repair cycle for cutting machines and chipping machine-tools. Degree of introduction is recommendations as for determination of optimal structures of repair cycles of equipment for chipping wood introduced at the Limited Company "LK Interplyt Nadvirna" and Private Limited Company "Swiss Pun Limited" Kostopil (it is confirmed by the act of introduction).
