Essay

Object is a process of calibration-polishing of plywood blanks; purpose - development of abrasive wheel and establishment of the rational technological modes of calibration-polishing process of plywood blanks for the rise of processed surface quality, exactness and productivity of process. Methods - theoretical analysis of literature, theoretical researches, laboratory researches, experimental-industrial verification, statistical data processing. Novelty - the analytical model of calibration-polishing process, which enables substantiation of wheel graininess depending on regime and geometrical parameters on condition of providing of minimum height of kinematics inequalities, is first offered; choice of components (native production) of abrasive wheel is substantiate; regression equation, that describes dependence of abrasive wheel hardness on a volume of abrasive grain, binder, and also graininess of abrasive is got; influencing of regime factors and structural descriptions of abrasive wheels on durability and power indexes of abrasive treatment process have been explored and the proper regression equations have been received; correction coefficients are defined for the known empiric expressions; conformities to the law of roughness change of the treated surface are set. Results - the hard abrasive wheel is developed and the rational regime parameters of plywood blanks calibration-polishing process are defined. Area of the use - woodworking industry, for calibration-polishing of plywood blanks, and also - in scientific researches and educational process.
