Essay

Research object: process of the clean polishing of massive wood by a hardly-resilient abrasive instrument. Research purpose: to ground structural parameters and structure of hardly-resilient abrasive instrument and develop the modes of the clean polishing of massive wood. Research methods: theoretical analysis; to the mathematical theory of planning of experiments; statistical; economic. Scientific novelty: the structural parameters of rigid-elastic abrasive instrument are first grounded. Influence of structural parameters and structure of abrasive instrument, breeds of wood and modes of treatment, is first set on length of grinding for period of firmness (on condition of protection of maximum roughness of the polished surface 16 mcm), on the volume of grinded wood and on component forces of cutting; influence of by volume maintenance of corn of carbide of silicon green 64С is easily soiled, by volume maintenance of astringent and number of grittiness on hardness of abrasive instruments. Equalization of regression is got for description of influence of structural parameters, structure of rigid-elastic abrasive instrument, modes of treatment on length of the clean grinding, volume of wood which is taken off, hardness of abrasive instruments and on component forces of cutting. Degree of introduction: instruments are applied in industry in the conditions of Prykarpats'kyj furniture combine on the operation of grinding of type linear protective strap and successful operating tests passed on Otyniyskiy to the furniture factory on the operation of grinding of details of chairs. Branch of use: woodworking.
